Terms of Service

To use the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement
• you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• you will use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Peptype is a browser-based interactive product that transforms abstract user activity signals into in-game progression, gameplay status, and related features.

The Service may include, without limitation:

• browser extension functionality
• user accounts and profile systems
• login and identity linking
• email verification and account security flows
• in-game progression, rewards, levels, raids, items, quests, achievements, and similar mechanics
• marketplace, inventory, cosmetic, or digital collectible features
• optional wallet-related and blockchain-enabled functionality

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need to create an account or complete onboarding through one of the supported login methods made available by the Service.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

3.2 Authentication Methods

Peptype may allow login through third-party providers, including, but not limited to:

• Google
• X
• MetaMask
• other providers that we may support from time to time

Your use of third-party login providers may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policies.

3.3 Email Verification and OTP

Certain account flows may require email verification, including by one-time password or one-time verification code (“OTP”).

You are responsible for:

• providing a valid email address you control
• keeping access to that email secure
• not sharing OTP codes with unauthorized persons

We may deny, delay, or revoke access if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use in connection with account verification.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• restricting access to your devices and browser profiles
• all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you, unless prohibited by law

You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, or account misuse.

4.1 In-Extension Wallet

Where supported, Peptype may create or enable an in-extension wallet as part of onboarding or gameplay functionality.

You understand and agree that:

• wallet features may be necessary for certain on-chain or blockchain-related actions
• blockchain interactions may require network fees, gas fees, or third-party infrastructure
• digital asset functionality may be unavailable, delayed, or affected by third-party systems outside our control

4.2 User Responsibility for Wallet Use

You are solely responsible for:

• reviewing and understanding wallet-related actions before you confirm them
• safeguarding access to your device, browser, wallet credentials, linked accounts, and recovery tools
• verifying destination addresses, transactions, and approvals
• any transaction submitted from or through your wallet, whether or not initiated directly by you, if caused by compromise of your device, credentials, or environment

4.3 Blockchain Risks

You acknowledge and accept that blockchain-based features involve inherent risks, including:

• volatility in digital asset value
• network congestion or delays
• failed, delayed, or irreversible transactions
• smart contract vulnerabilities
• third-party wallet, bridge, exchange, or infrastructure failures
• regulatory uncertainty

Peptype does not guarantee that any blockchain transaction will complete, settle, or remain available.

4.4 No Custody; No Financial Advice

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, Peptype is not a bank, broker, financial institution, exchange, custodian, escrow agent, or investment adviser.

Nothing in the Service constitutes:

• financial advice
• investment advice
• legal advice
• tax advice
• a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or use any digital asset

You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining independent advice where appropriate.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Peptype grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the Service except as expressly allowed
• modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law
• bypass, disable, or interfere with security or technical restrictions
• use the Service to build a competing product or service
• use the Service in any manner that exceeds the scope of this license

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Peptype and its licensors.

You agree not to, and not to assist or encourage others to:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, systems, or networks
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or infrastructure
• upload, distribute, or transmit malware, spyware, ransomware, malicious code, or harmful scripts
• exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• automate gameplay in unauthorized ways, including through bots, scripts, macros, emulators, click farms, or artificial interaction systems
• manipulate progression, rewards, rankings, missions, loot, or any economy-related system in bad faith
• create fake accounts, farm accounts, or engage in coordinated abuse
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• harvest data from the Service or other users without authorization
• use the Service to infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• engage in harassment, hate, threats, or harmful conduct through any community or social features tied to the Service

We may define additional gameplay rules, anti-abuse rules, community rules, or campaign rules from time to time. Those rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Peptype is built around real user participation and fair gameplay.

You agree that you will not:

• use bots, automation, or simulated interaction to generate progression
• spoof or falsify inputs, actions, device states, or engagement
• use exploitative account-sharing, boosting, or reward-farming schemes
• attempt to distort game balance, token distribution, reward allocation, or marketplace conditions

If we reasonably suspect cheating, abuse, fraud, manipulation, or rule violations, we may take action including:

• issuing warnings
• removing rewards, items, progression, or other benefits
• resetting accounts, balances, or gameplay states
• restricting feature access
• suspending or terminating accounts
• blocking devices, wallets, accounts, browser profiles, or related identifiers
• reporting suspected unlawful activity to relevant parties where appropriate

Our decisions on game integrity, abuse prevention, and enforcement are final to the extent permitted by law.

8.1 User Content

If the Service allows you to submit, upload, post, display, or otherwise make content available, including usernames, profile elements, marketplace listings, messages, feedback, or other materials (“User Content”), you retain your ownership rights in your User Content, subject to the license below.

You grant Peptype a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, perform, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content as reasonably necessary to:

• operate the Service
• display and share it within the Service
• enforce these Terms
• improve and support the Service
• promote the Service, unless prohibited by applicable law

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to provide your User Content and to grant the above license.

8.2 Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, bug reports, comments, or proposals about the Service (“Feedback”), you agree that we may use that Feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

The Service, including its software, design, visuals, characters, game systems, branding, names, logos, interfaces, text, graphics, audiovisual content, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Peptype and is protected by applicable intellectual property and proprietary rights laws.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, nothing grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the Service or Peptype intellectual property.

You may not use the Peptype name, logo, brand elements, game assets, or other protected materials without our prior written consent, except where expressly allowed by law or separate written guidelines.

The Service may include gameplay rewards, items, energy, levels, marketplace tools, loot boxes, collectibles, cosmetic assets, or similar digital elements.

You understand and agree that:

• in-game items, balances, status, and progression are part of a limited digital service environment
• they may have gameplay utility only and may not have cash value unless explicitly stated by us
• availability, rarity, pricing, and utility may change at any time
• we may rebalance, modify, remove, suspend, or reset any game mechanic, economy feature, or reward logic to preserve integrity, security, and sustainability
• we do not guarantee future value, liquidity, tradability, or continued availability of any item, reward, or digital feature

Except where required by law, all purchases, unlocks, claims, redemptions, and allocations are final and non-refundable.

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services, platforms, and infrastructure, including:

• authentication providers
• wallet providers
• email and communication providers
• blockchain networks
• smart contracts
• node, RPC, hosting, storage, analytics, security, or infrastructure providers
• external websites, social platforms, and marketplaces

Peptype does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, actions, content, policies, fees, failures, or security.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate third-party terms.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the Privacy Policy.

We may, at our sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:

• you violate these Terms
• we suspect fraud, cheating, abuse, unauthorized automation, or other harmful conduct
• required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental request
• your use creates risk, liability, or operational harm for us, other users, or third parties
• we discontinue the Service or any portion of it

Upon suspension or termination:

• your license to use the Service ends immediately
• we may disable access to accounts, features, items, progression, or digital benefits
• we may preserve or disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary for enforcement, security, or dispute resolution

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Peptype and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers disclaim all warranties and representations, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of:

• merchantability
• fitness for a particular purpose
• non-infringement
• title
• accuracy
• reliability
• quiet enjoyment

Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that:

• the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• bugs or defects will be corrected
• the Service will always be available on every browser, device, or region
• any gameplay, reward, economy, or blockchain feature will remain available
• any digital asset, item, or reward will retain value or utility
• the Service will be free of exploits, failures, delays, or third-party disruptions

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptype, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of:

• profits
• revenue
• business
• goodwill
• data
• digital assets
• use
• opportunity

arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Peptype for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

• the amount you paid to Peptype for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or
• USD $100

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Peptype, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• your use or misuse of the Service
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of any law or regulation
• your User Content
• your infringement of any rights of another person or entity
• any dispute between you and any third party, including in relation to wallets, digital assets, or marketplace activity

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice through the Service, website, or official channels where appropriate.

By continuing to use the Service after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Peptype regarding the Service, except where additional terms expressly apply.
• If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
